Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions (“Terms”) are a set of legal terms defined by the site owner. They set out the terms and conditions for the activities of visitors to that site and the relationship between site visitors and the site owner.

Terms should be defined according to the needs and nature of each site. For example, a site that offers products to customers in e-commerce transactions should have different Terms than a site that only provides information.

The terms provide the site owner with the ability to protect himself from potential legal risks.
